In 2025 i made a conscious decision to stop using Spotify as i was sick and tired of everything being a subscription and not actually owning any of my music: i decided to buy an old school iPod 5th gen so i had a designated music player and would actually buy my music and therefore own it. Since then, the iPod has unfortunately broken, but i have continued to buy my music outright instead of using streaming services like spotify, it feels good knowing that i own my music opposed to being at the whim and mercy of a streaming service deciding whether i was allowed to listen to music at any given time.
on this page i will probably be updating on what music i have bought recently as well as maintaining my favourite song at the moment.
